Process Manager

Our client is currently looking to establish a new team of Process Managers to support their business partners.

Our client is an independently run full-service B2B marketing agency, creating success for their clients for over 20 years. From content marketing to demand generation, event management to paid social media campaigns and more – working with our client would be a rewarding experience with an opportunity to work on various projects.

 

Hours: Full time

Term: Fixed term contract for 18 months.

Salary: £22 – £26k per annum depending on experience

 

Responsibilities

· Build and maintain strong working relationships with business partners and key stakeholders

· Enable business partners to understand the funding process and to utilise their marketing budgets within criteria set by the client

· Engaging and supporting new business partners within the process

· Support business partners with the completion of eligible funding applications

· Review funding applications, ensuring compliance with Terms and Conditions

· Assist business partners to submit proof of performance to ensure budget reimbursement

· Signpost business partners to available resources and support as needed

· Manage own workload and ensure key client and funding deadlines are met

· Maintain up to date and accurate records / databases

· Regular reporting on submission and utilisation status for key stakeholders

 

Essential Skills

· First class admin and IT skills (particularly Excel, Microsoft and Teams)

· Strong time management / ability to multi-task

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organisational and project management skills

· Proven client / customer advisory skills

· Attention to detail

 

Desirable Skills

· Strong logical thinker

· Previous project / process / admin experience

· Marketing knowledge / experience

· Ability to coach business partners remotely, to utilise funding
